Perfecto CV provides an online platform for creating, editing, and downloading professional resumes with Artificial Intelligence, focused on analysing Job Descriptions to provide specific and personalised advice, and also offer tools to assist users in resume creation based on a profile.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your resume
• Verify and validate that the created resumes do not have any extra skills or experiences that you do not actually have.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse or disrupt the Service

4. Subscription and Payments

• Some features require payment ("Premium Features")
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Limitation of Liability

Perfecto CV, being a tool that uses Artificial Intelligence, offers the most accurate assistance possible, and is not intended to add additional information to mislead recruiters with skills and/or information that are not specified in your profile, however, no tool on the Internet is 100% accurate, so Perfecto CV will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using our Service at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
